🧠 Overview
Many people experience high levels of stress and anxiety in their daily lives, which often go unmanaged and negatively affect their mental well-being. Traditional therapy can feel inaccessible, expensive, or overwhelming. There is a need for a low-pressure, approachable solution that helps individuals build emotional awareness, manage anxiety, and take small, consistent steps toward better mental health.
To beat the monster, we had to draw the monster. That's why we dive into deep product analysis, detected and prioritized the following issues:

To address this challenge, I explored lightweight strategies that blend education, self-awareness, and guided reflection. The proposed solution includes a curated library of resources, a self-assessment tool, mindfulness-based exercises, and crisis support access—designed for flexibility and ease of use. A mobile-first approach was chosen because it meets users where they are: on their phones. This format ensures privacy, continuous access, and promotes long-term engagement with minimal friction.
