🧠 Overview
Many people struggle to find fitness trainers who are affordable, trustworthy, and conveniently located. While big-name fitness platforms exist, they often overlook local trainers and are too expensive or complex for beginners. Users need a simpler, more personal way to connect with trainers that match their goals, budget, and lifestyle.
To understand the problem deeply, I began by talking to everyday fitness app users and trainers. It became clear that affordability, trust, and simplicity were the biggest barriers for people trying to stay fit. These insights guided the early design direction and helped define what FitConnect needed to solve.
Armed with user insights, I focused on creating a product that felt accessible and personal. I designed trainer profiles with verified reviews, transparent pricing, and easy booking. The goal was to keep the user flow clear and reduce overwhelm, especially for first-time users seeking guidance. Read more here
